We are reinforcing our Commercial team and we are looking for a :

SALES REPRESENTATIVE PROJECT ( SRP ) CENTRAL JAVA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the construction market (contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, end users, home owners)
To implement the actions of the company's commercial action plans and achieves the sales targets according to the budget
To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our construction network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services
To organize and conduct some products demonstrations and animations at the project site
To participate in the evolution of our strategy to our construction network, and propose some evolutions of our services, displays, mock ups, marketing tools, etc
To update permanently our customer's (contractors/architects/consultants) database and files
To deal with customer's complains, by preparing the complaint documents and follow up to the internal progress

REQUIREMENTS:

Female or male, 26 – 35 years old
S1 Civil engineering or Architecture
Ideally have 2-3 years experiences in related fields, but fresh graduates are welcome
Dynamic and motivated young people
Good team player, good communication and negotiation abilities
Good command of English, Windows, Excel, Word
Driving license A is a must

SALES REPRESENTATIVE RETAIL ( SRR ) CENTRAL JAVA

RESPONSIBILITIES :

TECHNICAL ADVISOR - CENTRAL JAVA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide professional technical advice, to our customers, to the contractors, applicators, end-users, home owners…, on our products and systems best installation practices
To teach, train and demonstrate our products and systems installation to the contractors and applicators at the construction jobsites and projects
To demonstrate our products and systems at dealers’ retail shops and during exhibitions
To cooperate with our Sales Representatives and Commercial team, so that we provide the best technical services to the different actors of the construction market
To analyse and follow-up the eventual customers’ complaints and help them applying our best installation practices for avoiding any defect at the jobsites
To participate in the products training of our Commercial team
To report regularly on your visits, actions and market trends

REQUIREMENTS:

Female or male, 26-30 years old
S1 Civil or Construction or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience at construction projects sites and building material
Good handicraft skills, building materials knowledge
Good team player, good in communication and presentation
English (both written & oral); MS. Office 2007
Willing to be interviewed in Gresik, East Java

AUTOMATION ENGINEER - GRESIK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for follow-up of routine maintenance, troubleshooting, implementation of improvements and new project/investments
Monitor electrical work and routine maintenance
Propose, study, follow up and implement improvements on existing equipment (if needed with external contractors)
Troubleshooting consultation with suppliers / contractors
Improve the quality of the end product and increase the machine efficiency
Responsible for automation documentation, archiving technical information & updating programs (PLC, INVERTER/FLOWMETER,...)

REQUIREMENTS:

Male or Female, 26-35 years old
Bachelor degree (S1) Electrical / Electronics or equivalent
6 - 8 years experience in PMA environment
Initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty and commitment
Excellent in programming & PLC troubleshooting (Siemens / OMRON) & inverters (OMRON & SEW)
Good command of English (oral & written) & MS. Office
Willing to work in Gresik, East Java

INTERNAL AUDITOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the conduct of internal management controls.
Establish audit objectives, plans, and scope and the assessment of audit risk and audit Programs
Conduct annual review of fiscal and investment management policies and procedures and recommend corrective action if needed.
Conduct regular and ad hoc audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate policy and legal compliance.
Conduct audit of automated inventory management systems to ensure correct matching of physical inventory with system database content and provide recommendation for corrective action, if any.
Conduct audit of automated financial systems to ensure correct data represents corporate financial health.
Review and approve all audit findings for presentation to the executive staff
Schedule regular meetings with management to communicate audit findings and explore suitable solutions to any data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes.
Keep abreast with latest trends in internal management and accounting controls.
Participate actively in the definition and implementation of ISO and 5S procedures and standards. Follow up any corrective actions revealed by the regular internal & external ISO and 5S audits.
Liaise to financial external Auditors (KAP), and to Etex Group (Group) Internal Auditors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male/female, 25 - 30 years old.
S1 Accounting or Finance or related fields from a reputable university.
Must have: Experience of internal audit for at least 2 years.
Min. 5 years experience for an international company (PMA), and preferably for one of the big reputable Audit firms.
Good command of English.
Computer literacy and working familiarity with automated accounting systems or ERPs. Good “SAP” knowledge is preferable.
Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 18001) and 5S system.
Must be detail oriented, conscientious and systematic with a high level of accuracy but without losing sight of the big picture.
Must have strong moral and ethical foundation to disclose potentially illegal, criminal and unethical business practices or data.
Must exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present audit findings to higher management and implement corrective actions to department managers when called for.
