RMX Central Java Superintendent
Jawa Tengah

Responsibilities:

To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton operations, through the high productivity in production process with supervision for all process from receiving materials, production process and delivery system to create and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Education :
  • Graduate from S-1 ( Bachelors ), major in Civil Engineering is preferable
  • Graduate from Senior high school with 10 years experience
• Experience :
  • More than 5 years Concrete / Ready Mix industry
  • Having technical / Sales and production experience in Concrete / Ready Mix  Industry is preferable
• Computer literacy :
  • MS Office, Lotus Note
• Language : 
  • Good command of English, both oral & written
• Other qualification / skills :
  • Knowledge of Batch Plant System
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Good team - work
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
  • Financial/ mathematical skill
